During July 2014, licensees would have received new player information, odds of winning and ‘Gambling too much?’ in-venue display material from the Office of Regulatory Policy.
We remind all licensees of their obligation to make the material available to their customers by displaying them in prominent locations at their venue, as required by the Queensland Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. Prominent positions suitable for display of the material include gambling areas, points of sale and restrooms.
The updated material replaces the existing ‘red dice’ material, as well as other in-venue materials. More information and files for download or additional copies of the material are available on www.justice.qld.gov.au
