The penalty unit amount changed on 1 July 2014, from $110.00 to $113.85.
As a result, the liquor compliance signs, which contain a maximum penalty or fine amount, have changed. The updated signs are available for download from the OLGR website under ‘Signs and promotional material’.
Please ensure you check the signage in your licensed venue and update any outdated signs with those currently available via the above link.
