As per our past predictions, it is now an unacceptable practice or promotion to:
‘ serve or supply alcohol to a patron whilst holding a patron’s EFTPOS or other financial access card or property, pending payment for the liquor in a way that prevents the patron from monitoring or controlling the patron’s purchase of liquor’
