Fifteen Safe Night Precincts (SNPs) have been established and 11 of these have prescribed local boards.
Officers from the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation’s (OLGR) Safe Night Precinct Unit have been out and about helping the management committees of SNP local boards to apply for funding and get up and running.
OLGR representatives who are also Public Safety Consultative Committee members will provide ongoing assistance to each management committee.
