This is a recognised skill set (SITSS00052) comprising three separate Certificates – Food Safety Supervisor, RSA and RSG
It is primarily for managers and top-line staff working in a multi-tasking environment across different areas in a Hospitality venue.
It is not suitable for new entrants to the industry.
Cost for the two days is $395, and includes Workbooks, Certificates and a substantial lunch each day.
The separate units may be credited towards a Nationally recognised Certificate IV in Hospitality.
